The Gold Key Restaurant & Entertainment Dining Gift Card and Dining Gift Certificate is not a credit card. The merchant who issues the Gold Key Restaurant & Entertainment Gift Card is responsible for providing funds to load value onto Gold Key Restaurant & Entertainment Gift Cards.  The Gold Key Restaurant & Entertainment Gift Card may not be used to make purchase from other merchants, to obtain cash from automated teller machines (ATMs) or for any other type of purchase or cash advance. There is no other value outside of Gold Key Restaurant & Entertainment Groups properties.

PURCHASES AND CHARGES THAT THE GOLD KEY RESTAURANT & ENTERTAINMENT GROUP HOLIDAY CERTIFICATE MAY NOT BE USED FOR:

  • Taxes

  • Gratuity

  • Food & Beverage promotions

  • Holiday Events

  • Special Events

  • Catering or Meeting Events- Neither Gift Cards nor Certificates may be used for Private Dining or parties large enough that we waived Private Dining Requirements..

  • Alcohol without the purchase of food

  • Cannot combine with other coupons, discounts (Happy Hour, Restaurant Week, Burger Night, Pre Fixe, etc.), additional certificates (only 1 certificate per visit) or gift cards

LOST AND STOLEN CARDS OR CERTIFICATES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gold Key Restaurant & Entertainment Gift Cards and/or Gift Certificates. Treat Gold Key Restaurant & Entertainment Gift Cards like cash, because lost or stolen Gold Key Restaurant & Entertainment Gift Cards and/or Gift Certificates will not be replaced.
